Welcome to the last email of 2024!

I hope you're well, that you enjoyed Christmas, and are now ready for the New Year!

At this very moment, I'm at São Paulo Airport, writing the last email of the year. There will be more in 2025, of course.

It's been a busy week, organizing Christmas and the last details to go back home. I've only trained twice, and it’s fine.

Just as this is the last email of the year, this is also the last week, and the perfect time to plan your 2025 goals (sports and nutrition).

I want to remind you that to perform like a champion next year, 3 factors are essential:
