Ana Paula Alonso, Dietitian/Nutritionist

Ana Paula Alonso is a Brazilian dietitian/nutritionist based in Barcelona, Spain.


She graduated from Centro Universitário São Camilo in São Paulo, Brazil. She has a postgraduate degree in phytotherapy and has taken several courses, including: Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, Intestinal Modulation, Endurance ( with a focus on running), Chrononutrition, Women's Health, etc.


She currently works with 1:1 consultations, provides services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, creates content for runners, has a weekly newsletter, and has digital products available.


Ana is a member of the Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Catalonia (CAT-002695) and is constantly updating her knowledge by attending congresses, seminars, conferences, and webinars.


In addition to being a dietitian/nutritionist, Ana Paula is a runner and practices strength training, Pilates, and yoga. She leads a healthy lifestyle 100% of the time and is passionate about helping people who also want to have a healthy lifestyle.
